I am a sensualist. For me, my life's memories are based around the sensations and nostalgia that meals have left on my soul. I am constantly driven to perfect both the flavor profiles and presentation of a dish. My goal is not to make food intimidating, but rather inviting and desirable. I feel strongly about using the best ingredients, applying time and tenderness, to ultimately create food that delights and entices. Most importantly, I love sweets.
